I have a feeling this isn't the right place to ask about that. Did you try contacting IR directly through email or phone first? Ive had a problem a couple years ago. They had a guarantee if it wasn't shipped in a certain amount of time they would double your order for free. I just gave them a phone call and had my stuff in a couple days.
