Are you sure this is an IBE order? Have you e-mailed [email protected] ? I hired someone to answer phones from 9-5 CST and to answer flush the e-mail box everyday and I check the box every day to make sure the e-mails are getting cleared each day. I am not sure if maybe you had the wrong e-mail address or phone number but I haven't seen anything for your order.
