Is it any help at battling gyno,assuming someone has too high prolactin levels?

Um no... to the best of my knowledge it does not help with prolactin levels...Vitamin b-6 works very well for keeping prolactin levels in check.

That`s problematic..i`ve only found some sites selling b-6 vitamin but only small amount`s like 2,2mgs x 120 bottles.

You can pick up some 50mg tabs at your local pharmacy. Look around.
