My diet is on que, my sleep is nailed, my staple supps are great, I do cardio workouts sporatically (usually some form of martial art), and I do full body workouts to failure for each muscle on Mon/Weds/Fri. When I added in the X-Lean and jacked up the dose (I talked to a couple people who've tried), my midsection started really ripping up. I have what fat that's on my body from stress. X-Lean at HIGH doses gave me insane results in a week. I'm scheduled for a minor surgery to take care of fat around my nipple area from an old rebound issue from a PH cycle... I was considering getting some lower lipo as an ad-on package while I was getting the minor gyno taken care of...lol... but now with the results of X-Lean, I'll be damned if I think I'd ever get that.
