I've tried 1866- IBE-6351. I've PMd everyone I can think of when it comes to IBE mods/admin etc. Their voicemail box is full and they don't answer their phone. Is there a number to their warehouse or anything? Either way my IGF1 Vial was broken in transport... am I SOL?
 
They will usually call you after you should've received their product. At least that's what they've done with me. Try sending them an email.
 
They took a couple days to get back to me when I emailed them (had some ordering q's). How long has it been since you attempted to contact them?
 
The first email was 2 days ago. The second email was today.
I've Pmd every admin/mod and everyone else on here and ibeforums.
 
I'd say give it a week. IR, though affiliated with IBE is not technically IBE, so I don't know how much a rep/mod would wanna touch that.

They don't seem to have a very big staff there, and seem to have a lot of business going on. I'd say give it about a week, if you don't hear back from them: cause hell.

From my experience they have a very cooperative customer service crew, and I would doubt they are intentionally ignoring you.
 
send me a PM with your name, addy, email and the problem mentioned and ill make sure it gets to the Head of IR, youll prob get an email anywho within 2-3 days like sinner said but ill make sure to follow up on this for ya.

I'm sure they are super busy. I emailed Mr IBE a week ago and he still hasn't gotten back to me..but he always does.

Hi gotripped, i got your pm and emails. My apologies for the broken vial. Thank you for being calm and taking the correct steps to reach me. If you only knew how much I appreciate somone finally not mutha f'n me up and down in pm's and emails over there product. LOL!

I retrieved your invoice information and am having another IGF vial shipped to you.
 
huh, weird, i emailed them yesterday with a random question, and got a response last night.....great customer service guys....
