Epistane and Lethargy

Quick question for the board regarding Epistane and lethargy. I have been on Epistane for 9 days now and the lethargy is killing me. I am only taking 20 mg per day - 1 am and 1 pm. I noticed the same thing when taking phera max. Strength is picking up pretty good and pre existing gyno is going away (nothing has ever done this for me!) Also, I am having some severe hot flashes. Just for the record, I am 35. 6' 1 and around 215 pounds at this time- recently down from my last phera cycle which took me up to 235. Am I just hyper sensitive to this stuff? I do not know if I can take the lethargy much more. Will a couple of low dose 2 week cycles be okay if I cannot continue this cycle. Any help is appreciated.
 
Ive had the opposite effects.Ive become more energetic and have a bettwer feeling of wellbeing.

Is there any chance that your kcals or just carbs are too low while on this comp[ound?
 
Yeah possibly. I wanted to lean up and get some ab definition. I gain weight pretty quickly - muscle and fat and was hoping to get harder and leaner on this cycle. My time is very limited and I do not have much room in my schedule for cardio. I guess I will have to make some changes to the diet. I am a little scared to move up to 30 mgs until I feel a little better. I am sweating my balls off, though. Is the epistane responsible for this? I am using e form as well but this product has never made me heat up so much. I either got a bug or this stuff is working hard on my system. Great gains and recomp- just feel like hell.

I've had the same experience: lethargy + sweating / feeling of high body temp. However my girlfriend took my temperature and suprisingly it was low. I tried to take some stims but nothing I did seemed to help with the lethargy. Even sleeping 10-12 hours a day didn't help. Guess its just something some of us have to deal with.
 
Thanks Roy. Misery loves company. I have tried stims, but they do not help. Where you able to overcome the lethargy? I have a whole bottle of phera that I have not even opened because I did not want to face the lethargy again. I hate to put this into my dead supplement cabinet. How long did you stay on?
 
Hey, Im on day 13...i noticed around day 7-8 that lethargy you experienced. i was in the same boat, trying to cut and lean out, therefore i was seriously watching my carb intake...I upped the complex carbs in the beginning of the day, pre and post workout, then tapered them out at the end of the day. my energy came right back, and my gym sessions were that much more intense. also, I am still leaning out tremendously, even with more carbs. this is a great PH.
 
Well I was using it on a bulk anyway and certainly getting enough in the way of carbs (and calories for that matter).

I was on for 4.5 weeks, but the lethargy began about day 9. I really never found any solution to the lethargy other than to just man up and deal with it. Meditation helped control my crankyness. Suprising what you can do with the mind.

Thats about all I got.

Add some more healthy oils into your diet, Omega, Fish in good quantity ....um 3 g x 2 day? or once I dunno someone probably knows better here :)

I did eat fish EOD and took 6g flax mid day and 6g before bed ED. I believe that I had a generally good diet and training routine. I dunno what the deal was.
 
I felt the lethargy for the first week then I got the opposite effect, I felt great on it. I did get the hot flashes but any anabolic is going to be like that as BMR jumps up. You should actually try increasing the dosage. I know that sounds weird but when I did I actually felt better than at the lower dosage.
 
Thanks Lake. I am getting quite a kick from just 20 mg. I may move up to 30 mg next week. I really only like to take pro hormones for 3 weeks. If the lethargy goes away, I may take this one to 4 weeks. I cannot believe the effect that it has on my gyno. I have had this crap since I was 13. My wife laughs at me on the boat and at the beach because I am always nipple pinching to get them to go down. Is this effect permanent or will the dreaded puffy nips come back?
 
Yeah, I was very stealth at nipple pinching until one day my brother who also has a case of man breasts pointed out my pinching to my wife. Now I cannot even come close without her catching me.
 
Do puffy nipples mean gyno? I don't really think that's entirely the case. I mean, women have different "types" of nipples too, and they don't have gyno! haha

No; puffy nips mean you have puffy nips.Now if they are ooooooozing liquid or if they have hard sore lumps under them then its gyno.

Im not an actor Im just a man who previously HAD gyno:now I only have puffy nips.:D

At the risk of going off track with the thread [too late] is it possible to get rid of puffy nips with just cutting or is surgery required?
 
Cutting water and fat will take care of most of it when the % are low.

Well for the record, after my last year of playing football, I thought for the first time in my life- I would get cut up. I went from 255 to 210. Down to 5 % bodyfat. Ripped to shreds with - you guessed it- puffy nipples. Epistane is the first product that has ever helped me out with this.
