anyone experience any acne at all from this?
I only experienced minor acne at 40mg. Under that I didn't experience any. When I say acne though I should probably use that term lightly because I just meant I was getting a few more pimples when usually I have none. I guess it more depends on how prone you are to it.
im on day 7 and nothing out of the ordinary. im using it too help lean down and its def working...strenth is up, lean muscle up, and body fat is slowly decreasing. im very excited for the next 3 weeks
I saw results yesterday (day 6), in strength and intensity, mainly. Had some PRs on a few lifts and just felt unbreakable in the gym. Looking for gains to come, maybe even mostly due to the fact that I'll be lifting more weight than ever. That oughta force the 'ol body to adapt, huh? :food:already seeing results? today is day one for me! just concerned about acne! i hate acne on my back or chest. never really get it on my face

im on day three of my epi cycle and i actaully started seeing some, it could have been the massfx that i used precycle, but im considerd it will get worse, its weird cause i never had any problems with acne before either......anyone having problems sleeping??? last two nights i woke up three different times and could sleep no more than 7 hrs...this just could be me...but def hitting the meletonine tonight
awesome thanks....one more question on work out days ive just split my dosages up pre and post, on nonlifting days, is it cool just to split it up evenly throughout the day..and when should i cut this off so i can sleep...maybe im just taking my last pill too late.
What dosage are you running? Personally I feel it is better to split it up throughout the day despite a workout or non workout day to keep levels normalized instead of up down up down like a roller coaster. You only need a dose about an hour before lifting. A post workout dosage wouldn't do you any better because the pre workout dose will last around 8 hours.
