Is there a major difference here? I see many doing it one way or the other, I wonder if it even matters.

Bumping to IBE

Here's my input while we await an official response--->Since it's a methylated product I see no reason as to why it's needed to be taken with food. I'm not sure if it would be bad to take with food though.

Unmethylated products need to be taken with EFAs to help with absorption.

I say take it with food to avoid stomach upset or anything like that. Capsuled powders have a tendency to sit in one spot of the stomach once the capsule is dissolved, which can cause some upset. All steroidal pharmaceuticals are recommended to be taken with food by pharmacists as well, so it is best to go by that recommendation.

Take it with food, check the logs and ask around taking it with food won't hinder absorbtion but taking it without may cause some stomach upset, so ya i say take it with food.
