I was planning on running a pulse cycle for 8 weeks with a Tuesday Thursday Saturday dosing protocol, the breakdown in something like this:
This Thurs :10mg
This Sat: 20mg
(Starting next tuesday)Week 1&2: 20mg
Week 3&4:30mg
Week5&6: 40mg
Week 7&8: 50mg
I'm going to have cals just at or slightly above maintenace to hope for some leaning out and a very lean bulk. Does this sound like it will be effective, or am I not going to get anything out of my first few weeks?
