Which one from IBE

Hey all,

I've started a weight loss regime' mainly with a reduced calorie diet, better macro-nutrition, and moderate exercise. In looking at certain supplements, which would be more effective for fat loss; EctoTropin 5on/2off or Rimonbant 20mg/day?

To be honest, my appetite is out of control. I could eat myself sick and still be looking at desert. I know the exercise increase is part of it, but part is willpower...

Looking for input,
Finneyc

First of all I congratulate you for taking a sensible approach and realizing that you need to change your diet, incorporate exercise, and then consider supplements to your plan.

That said, IBE is a company whose products have always worked for me and they have treated me well, but you should probably do a lot more research on those compounds before considering them. What other supplements have you considered, and why? What is making you want to choose rimonabant and ectotropin? Do you have any EFAs or oils in your supplementation/diet plan?

diet supps

methusalah,

My diet is much cleaner than previously. I went to LA Weight Loss and lost a good bit of weight there, but the program is really just a portion control and macro-nutrient control way of life. I kept getting frustrated because they use the height-weight BMI index and say I should be at 166. I haven't been that since 8th grade, including 4-years military when we ran.

Finally found a counselor who knew about lifting and she uses the waist vs thigh vs stomach measure to get bodyfat/LBM calcs. Much better, but my faith in the program was zero. Its OK for ladies, but lifters, even old ones like me; don't bother.

Back to supps. Along with 2 protein shakes, I take vit C&E, multi-V, multi-minerals, CLA, EFA, fiber, calcium, zinc and green tea tabs. I also drink about 4-glasses of green tea a day in place of cokes. Still don't drink enough H2O, but I'm working on it.

I have been doing my own version of ECA with Scorch, Ephed, & baby asprin 2-3x a day, but I was looking into clen/keto/T3. Before I jump there, I thought about IBE and its other items for appetite control.

Stats: 38yo, 5'9', 225#, sedentary job, wife + 2 kids under 10, out of lifting for 4-years.

Goal#1, lose down to 200# with diet/Cardio/supps
Goal #2 tone muscle lost from age/laziness
Goal #3 age rejuvenation
Goal #4 increase muscle mass

Any input on Rimonbant vs ecto would be helpful. I was considering a HGH clinic in town, but I want to feel like I'm committed to my diet and lifting before I go there. I like the idea of IBE's HexaTropin, but not sure of efficacy. I know the effect of true GH, but the local place wants $500/mth. Not bad with GH and counseling, but the blood work is extra. $500 to start and quarterly checkups.

So I turned to the bros here for info. I have a good base of knowledge, just looking for more.

Peace,
FinneyC

x-force would really knock out the food cravings, if you want we can send you about a weeks worth so you can see if that will help with cravings

Love to!!! I assume it would replace the Scorch, but could I keep the Ephed?
