I took two caps about an hour pre-WO. I am not sensitive to stims, but I had never tried sulbutamine before. My workout on that day was dynamic chest, dynamic back, and conditioning. My strength was about normal, but my focus during my conditioning was insane. My routine is basically 60 seconds of jump-rope, 3 mins of shadow kick-boxing, and run a 1/4 mile. I do this 4 times which lasts about 28 minutes and after about the halfway point, I usually start to struggle. However, I kept going and I was able to sprint the stretches on the 1/4 mile. I had to slow down because I was starting to get cold.

Overall, this supplement is awesome for long, draining workouts. IBE has a winner with this one.

Yes, I noticed the unexpected cardio endurance increase as well.

Cardio increase is from the opening of the airways although you will sweat more so than usual also since the substance is a pressor as well.

Electrolyte balance and hydration will determine the strength of feeling from the euphoria as well. Often times you won't feel as much of the euphoria if you are sweating profusely or are dehydrated.
