IBE has always been good to my and last week was no different. When they accidentally sent me more goods than I actually purchased and charged my credit card accordingly they corrected the problem immediately. Not only did they refund a portion to my card but they also let me KEEP! the extra items!
They are simply outstanding! Thank you IBE

They initially sent me the wrong product and I informed them of the situation past Friday and today it was sitting on my doorstep. Great bunch to deal with.
