i placed an order today, and accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. i need to change the shipping address. your phone lines are always busy, your voice mail box is full, and i can't get any replies to my emails. help me ibe rep!

thanks, but that phone number doesn't work either!! and that voice mail box is also full! thanks for the code...i'll definitely use it for future purchases.

no one answers that phone number, and that voice mail box is full, too.
 
there is only 1 person viewing their forum. me....this may be a problem. hopefully they'll answer their phone or something soon.
 
i finally got through and talked with someone. apparently i did enter the shipping address correctly, but it comes back incorrectly in the email. can i pm u my order number so u can check everything out?
 
can i possibly send u the order reference number so u can check and make sure the shipping address is correct? for some reason, i can't pm on this forum.
