I tried emailing you and didnt get a reply today. Usually you guys are on point. I placed the order over 7 days ago. Any help would be appreciated.
 
if you can vicmack777 go to Invalid Link Removed and post this issue up in our Customer Service forum so halo see's this. It's the weekend and these guys are probably taking a break for the weekend. I'll make sure halo see's this by monday.

I appreciate it. I know you guys are usually on top of everything. I (along with my friends) have ordered from you plenty of times and I've never had a problem. Im sure there is some mix up and am just curious to what is taking so long.
 
This is fuckin shady. I still havent heard from anyone about this order. I did the right thing. I emailed them first and I got nothing. I then posted on here to get there attention and I get a response, but then nothing. Im not going to there board and hunting them down.

Bro, IBE already answered me back. They know I have a problem. I emailed him directly. Seriously, how much more should I have to do, to get a product that I already paid 98 dollars for?

I thought you were going to come to the board and post this issue up in the Customer Service forum. It's not chasing us down it's that we wanted to concentrate all efforts to shipping issues in one place. It's working out perfect and I garauntee you if you came there originally this would have been addressed by now.

email me at [email protected] and give me your shipping information, order number, etc. I will call the warehouse and pm our service moderator and get this ball rolling for you.
 
in fact i just pm'd your order number to halo on our board. Im going to call him make sure he checks his messages tonight.

Halo swears he shipped out your order. He's going to reship again and he's going to track down where the last shipment went. Tomorrow it's going out express. Best I can do and Im sorry vicmack. There's no excuse here. Im going to call the warehouse again tomorrow and get a DC# so you can track it.

Bro, I appreciate it. There is no way I received that package so it has to be somewhere. I understand that this would have been taken care of if I went to the IBE forums but I didnt know about the IBE forums until you posted about it and someone with the handle IBE already said they would look into it. So why should I go all over the place posting about this again and giving bad publicity when IBE already said they were taking care of it?

Either way, keep me updated and I appreciate everything.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Im sure there wont be any more problems. Like I said originally, I have used you guys plenty of times in the past and have never had a problem. Thats why this was such a surprise. Anyway, thanks again and ill let you know when i receive it.
