I believe i may have offended you and i appologize for this. Idid not mean to imply that you were looking for free products.What i would like to do is resolve this for you.

If you are unhappy you have the right to be,we have not provided you the service to you that we stand so dearly behind.I would like for you to keep the product's and offer to you your moneyback,or an equal amount of the products that you may wish to receive.I do appreciate your patience in this on going matter and hope to hear from you soon.Thank You.

blakkstar, #1 you received your order!! I wanted to at least get you that since you have been waiting!! honor and integrity, i will send you products for free like i said and will stand by my word!! I take offense to what you have said!! What would you like for free??? I have explained we were backed up ,and appologized for it ,so again what would you like to make this right for you??

I thought you were going to take of me? Your words, not mine- got my order 3 weeks late- and its all the same **** I PAID FOR, does IBE know what Honor and Integrity even means?

I hope you can help-I made 1 order on 7/4/05- waited 1 week for shipping notification I never recieved it- tried to phone you guys only got answer machine- I PM you guys at Anabolicminds- regarding my order, someone answered-said they'd look into it. Then I was told that I sent wrong shipping info- I verified with my order confirmation receipt-and all my addresses are 100% correct. Whom ever -stated my order was "going out again", that was thursday last week- Still I don't get a shipping confirmation-being the order was to be shipped Express Mail, and still no order at my PO Box? I stated my discontent- about this - and have not recieved anything -order or response from IBE? I have been respectful to IBE by PM this matter instead of a pubic posting like others are/and have been doing- but I still have not recieved my order or shipping notifications and such in return. Please advise. Thank You

all I see here is my mod trying his damnist to make you happy blakkstarr and you whining like a baby. you got free products, money back, and an apology. and you are claiming what? Entegrity and Honor?? What is that like your only vocabulary words you know in english. and also, you live out of the country. normal shipping time is 3 weeks brother!!

I see in one of your pm's you said you are not going to publicly make an outcry and here you whining on a board??

You watch to much ronnie coleman or shawn ray vids bro and take that thumb out of your mouth. IBE is an upstanding honored and respected company. Extremely reputable and this IBE team tries like a bitch to make every customer happy up to and not limited to returning your money, giving you the product and freebies to boot with an apology to wash it all down.

You my friend need your meds you think Im going to take this crap from you!! Oh and not to mention you were kept informed about every step of your order and not ignored as you claim because I see over a half dozen pm's between you and my mod over several weeks. Tell us how we ignored you.

You can see in the thread you linked above that I defended IBE, probably a little too harshly at that. I also have NO idea who Blackstar is, but I think your posts here put IBE in a bad light.

I take it you own IBE so of course you can do whatever you want but I question why you would stir the **** pot by dredging up a post that was locked 2 weeks ago on this board, then tell the guy he needs his meds, tell him to take his thumb out of his mouth.

I saw someone else from IBE come on here and post about the problems they have been having and apologize THAT is class, unlike your posts which clearly show your attitude and anger.

Bad judgement IMO>

I have seen members flame Bobo and other sponsors and NEVER have I seen them get down in the gutter to respond on the same level as the flammer. They always kept is professional and argued in a clear level headed manner never saying things like "I wont take **** like this" You REALLY took the guys posts personally and as a business owner you should not.

oh no mr. crowler. after what this man put us through and the response he disclosed i will defend IBE. Users are entitled to an opinion of our service accordingly. He over stepped the boundary I didnt. It's a call out and I responded. It would be worse for me not to respond than ignore this. You can only kick a dog so much before the dog bites back crowler.
 
maybe blakkstarr should take lessons from you on how to express opinions. see, now what you wrote is acceptable. if the other sponsors caught this guy for a sale I would be willing to bet they would be just as expressive. you see what this guy did to my mod and then afterwards slams us on an open board "buyer beware"? cmon crowler how much of a beating do you expect me to take brother before I snap back? We do zip our lips crowler but Im telling you, you dont get respect by taking disrespect.

LMR - I'm totally with you here on your response.

While I've never ordered products from IBE I've seen lots of great feedback from highly respected people on this board.

I definitely have to say I appreciate how you defended your position. You didn't flame back when Blakkstarr started his "Buyer beware" thread, but I can see how you were pushed past the limit with the emails that were sent back and forth, the offers of free products, and refunded money. I mean, those are some INCREDIBLE gestures - how many other companies do you see taking those kinds of steps to keep customers happy? Not many!

We're lucky to have some great companies on this board as sponsors - keep up the good work!

I have been ordering IBE for APPROXIMATELY 2 years and I will continue to. I have always been pleased with their products, their response time and delivery methods.

I think LMR is just showing the other side of the story. As far as flaming, how can you not dislike this guy. lol. He's a crybaby. Who likes crybabies? lol. Just kidding of course.

Seriously though. He was acting like a 3 year old that couldn't get his candy when he wants it. I don't see why people think everything should have a T/A of 2 days.
 
My last order from IBE, a $10 product that i ordered wasn't available, so they sent me a free product of my choice, actually sent me 2 bottles of tamoxifen, valued at around $50-$60, great deal, great guys!

No worries there I shall stay a loyal customer. I am impressed with your responses. In reality after my post I though oh **** here we go and it all ended good as far as I am concerned.

IBE commitment to great service and customer satisfaction is by far the best in the business. things happen, orders are delayed, but IBE will not hesitate to offer refunds, free products or both! completely unheard of, yet completely true.

This is complete BS. THe guy is complaining about a 3 week turn around,,, from Bangladesh. Get over it. You got everytihng you ordered. IBE came through. THe finest research company there is.
 
LMR, I tried the forum a couple more times and the page just sits and doesn't open for over 3 minutes. Again I relize it is because I am on dial up.

I just didn't want you thinking I didn't give it another try.

wish you could make it over and have you hang out. I did just talk to our technician and he is going to put the site on a faster server to make it faster than it is now. Can you upgrade your dial up or get comcast cable? Got to get over there crowler. We need good guys like you over there.

Hey LMR thanks for the post.

I live in the sticks lol No DSL, no cable NOTHING. Well of course could get Direct way but for a $600 upfront fee then a $100 a month and I have people who have told me it is HORRIBLE> Guy actually said he is locked into a 2 year contract but he still sometimes uses dialup as a backup when the dish is SUPER slow.
