it is in my hands today.
let's see how it works for cutting as my current cut seems to have stalled out.

i am running trimax (two 2mg doses per day spaced 12 hours apart.), 25 milligrams of yohimbine, and 66mg of glutamine with 75mg of gaba IM to counter the GH lowering effects of the YO, for 4 weeks now. exercise is 1 hour of low intensity cardio 6 days a week. i have lost 1 1/2 inches off the waist so far but seem to be holding steady and not making further progress. want to take off another 2 or more inches.

my planned PCT was going to be 1 month of lean extreme followed by 1 to 2 months of 7-oxo TD.

i will be tapering my supps to 1 trimax and no yohimbine for the next week. then i will be starting the ectotropin with some 7-oxo (save the LX for my next cut).

at that time i will start posting my dosage, calories, WO routine, and any sides. i will be posting also, BF caliper read outs and measurements.
 
so it begins,

i will be following the first thing upon waking, no food or liquids for an hour, 5 on 2 off dosing schedual.

begining stats, 177.5 lbs, 37" @ waist across navel measurment, 16.5% BF, 57.5% waterweight, according to my "taylor bodyfat analyzing scale".

lost 6 lbs on the previous months trimax cycle, but not enough of it was fat (way too much muscle was lost).

my morning meal will stay pretty consistant. 1 cup of dry oatmeal, 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese w 40g of bluberries, 40oz of black coffee. all this is not eaten in one sitting but over the course of about 2 hours as i get ready to leave for work.

midday and evening meals will be posted.

workouts will be 1 hour of cardio on the ellipticle keeping HR between 120 to 130 BPM, 1 to 1 1/2 hours before sleep. ED

also lifting will EOD, kept to compound movements (squats, deadlifts, pullups, barbell rows, cleans and overhead press) trying to use as many muscle groups at one time as possible, packing the most WO into the time i have.

if anything my worst problem is getting enough sleep. between work and family responsibilities i am lucky to get 4 to 5 hours a night. i would either have to quit my job or quit lifting.

oh yes, about every 12 hours i also take 800mg of ibuprofin w 1g of green tea. (chronic pain for the last 20 years)

interesting developement.

after 72 hours/3 doses of ectotropin-6 i have gained 4lbs.

food log for last 3 days

breakfast as listed earlier,

later in day

700g tomato and cucumber salad/no dressing
1 1/2 cups cooked volume blackbeans, no oils or fats added

1/2 cup uncooked volume brown rice (mixed in with beans after cooking)

9oz roasted beef/lean

250g baked potato w salt only.

one 100calorie cookie

1 hour cardio nightly

one day 5 sets dead lifts 8 to 12 reps per set

2 day 4 sets squats 6 to 8 reps per set

3 day cleans and overhead press 6 sets 5 to 8 reps per set

well, i had to pull double shifts at work the last 5 days so
i have not done any exercise (unless you count dragging my exhausted ass out of bed to get to work again as exercise).

but the stats are interesting.

weight is 177
BF is down to 15%
WW is 58%
measurments however have remained the same.

also in light of the fact that while my calories per day have not changed, i was consuming 90% of them about an hour before bedtime.

barring any more emergencies at work, my WO schedual should be a little more normal.

as for any feeling of well being from the ectotropin, well, i will point to the afore mentoined work schedual as possibley being the hinderance for that.

this week's conclusion - taking into account the chaos of the previous days, and coming off of the trimax cycle without a proper PCT, it's working.
 
this week has been much better.

i am now useing this on a one on one off dosing.

the feelings of well being have shown up now and then.

and after a chat with a powerlifter aquiantance i added 50 lbs to my dead lift.

pumps have been great and long lasting. i have had a greater desire to WO.

that may mean more when you realize that my weight stack is out on my patio and it has been 100+ degrees when i come home from work and hit it.

current body weight 173lbs
current BF 15%
current WW 58.5%

now this part is interesting, according to a 14 day tracking of SQ fat with calipers i have lost 5mm each at the front, left, and right side abdomen.
but waist measurment remains the same.:think:

the ectotropin is realy kicking in now and i am wondering what a six month cycle of this stuff would be like. such as would one need ever increasing dosages?

the trimax left me looking flat and i'm starting to see some definition again.

over all a good week.
 
looking good so far i think im leaning more towards hexa for myself but ecto seems to be working great for people..interesting that the 1 on 1 off is working for u
 
i'll tell you, i am just experimenting with that dosing schedual for this week.

some of the 'get up and go' effects are not as strong now but the pumps are still crazy.

i am wondering if my lack of waist reduction in light of what the fat calipers say, is maybe because i have been doing more of a PL work out and this has been building up my core, and or not contributing to hyperthropy.

the fat reduction does seem to be showing it self in my arms and legs definition. nothing contest worthy but still better than when i started.

and no rebound fat gain from the abrupt end of the trimax.

i might hit that final week with a full 5 on.
 
weekly update

weight seems to be holding steady at 178lbs this week

fat caliper readings holding steady so far also after last week's good readings

for this last week i will be using the 5 on dosing schedual

i could definately feel the differnence in efficacy at 1 on 1 off

also feel the 2 off days at the recomended dosing

this could be because of my age. i don't have the link handy but i read that gh precursers and boosters work less and less well the older you get. for people around my age i would recomend from my experience to dose ED.

hurt my back this week going too heavy on the good-mornings so i have been doing only cardio for the last 5 days(1 hour with HR btwn 120 and 130 bpm). the good news is 3/8" off waist measurment this week. BF holding steady at 15% so far.

losing that flat appearence from the trimax :cool:. so keep that in mind (no fat rebound using only the ectotropin as pct).

the appetite supresion effects seem to be waning and i have cheated with cookies and ben&jerry's. this does not seem to have affected my BF badly.

pros - great pumps, appetite suppresion for the first 3 weeks, and last but not at all least, able to keep fat rebound to a minimum after trimax, it's legal, muscles look fuller after being ravaged by 6 weeks of trimax.

cons - i seem to have been experiencing the point of diminishing returns after week 3 (maybe up the dosage?), started to get tired of setting my alarm 1 hour earlier to take it before morning coffee (losing that hour of sleep was starting to wear on me), price, as i stated earlier these hgh precursers and analogs seem to work a little bit better for those who are less than 40 years of age, i wouold reccomend ED dosing w no off days,

overall, this was a succesful cycle. should i have run it with some LX or 7oxo? probably, but i wanted my results to be with this as a stand alone and considering my thyroid had been suppresed for 6 weeks before, it worked very well.
