    Hi Guys,

    After reading all the comments about IBE I'd just like to add my own comments.

    I placed an international order late last week, paid the express shipping - knowing that IBE were under pressure at the moment so I thought the goods would be with me in a couple of weeks...the goods arrived today (16.03.05)
    Absolutely superb!

    IBE, you've got a new customer here.


  2. Yeah, I've never had a problem with them, and I've ordered many times in the past. Always great service. I do wish that an automated order confirmation email was sent, but that's trivial. I always receive an email stating that my order was shipped, so I've been surprised to see the recent negative comments.

    They're still top notch with me.

  3. my first order before IBE was a sponser was slow but speed did not concern me. most recent order was here within a few days. great prices.

  4. I was unaware that IBE was receiving any negative comments. I've used him in the past few months a couple of times and he's been great. Quick shipping, and even w/his current influx has taken care of me w/great customer service.

    I think that sometimes we get spoiled w/the superb customer service that the sponsors offer here (including IBE). And when something actually does go wrong it gets blown out of proportion. For me IBE and the rest of the board sponsors here are the best companies on the net.

    I couldn't agree more. A lot of people freak out over an item taking a few extra days in the mail. I don't think some people realize the risk that some of these companies take. If you really need Cialis or Viagra, and if you have insureance, go to the Dr. and talk to him. The co-pay will be at least $15. Then you have to sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes...you get my point

    Just wanted to say that I have had nothing but great service from IBE....they are quick and Brian actually has great customer service! If you really read through the boards Brian will offer to send another bottle of something if it happens to fall out of solution or if something is out of stock.....HE REALLY DOESN'T HAVE TO! But his customer service keeps people coming back....support him ladies and gentleman, he is a board sponsor for a reason.....or else BOBO wouldn't have added him!

  9. I would have to say that I am very happy with the service I received when I ordered from IBE a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a bottle of Liquid Tamox and they were backordered for a few days. When the product arrived, they had sent me two bottles to make up for the delayed shipping time. That is pretty good customer service in my book.

    Were spoiled because its becoming the norm. To compete as a organization you have to have "order winners"(services/products etc.) that makes the customer choose to spend there money with you as a company over a competitor. Once you get accostomed to a service of Nutraplanet per se, you tend to desire and demand that service all the time. Personally, i havent had the greatest of service from IBE when it comes to problems fixed in a timely manner. They have fixed the problem, but you can only give a company so many chances. Maybe its because i work in the business world that I demand such high quality. Yes, i know people/companys make mistakes and theres other things outside of their reach (stockouts, backorders) but as a business, these are the type of things you plan for.

  12. Another prop to IBE
    I placed two orders with them in the past and one just recently during their sale. Both orders arrived promptly. The last order was shipped in separate shipments with-in a day of each other. Point, they didn't sit on my order waiting for it to be complete before shipping. They shipped out items that were immediately available and had the rest out to me soon thereafter at no additional cost. Good job.

    Like you I also work in a very customer focused environment and I also expect the very best service that a company can offer - this (IMHO) is paramount to the continual and successful growth of any company/business.

    What I don't expect is for a company to overpromise and under deliver - if there are stock B/O's, shipping issues etc then as long as I, as a customer am informed and notified of what the specific issue is then there is generally not a problem - I can cancel my order and source elsewhere etc.

    IBE definitely, in my recent experience, subscribe to the work ethic described in my first paragraph.

    My apologies if this comes across as a bit argumentative - it def. is not intended to!

    Nope your cool. I do agree that a major no-no is to overpromise and under deliver. I too, dont mind when notified of the current delay and when at an approximate date the issue will be fixed. For some reason i have made many attempts to contact IBE through telephone and email and both have taken more then one effort to get a reply. I have never recieved any emails saying that there was a delay. Only after a week of not hearing from them (and having my credit card charged the day i made the order) do i consider that something is up. Maybe i'm over exagerating this a bit, but never have i had such a problem with any other supplement company i have ordered from (bodybuidling.com, bulk nutrition, nutraplanet, muscledawg)

  16. I can't recall reading a bunch of negative comments about IBE, but I have ordered from them before and since becoming a sponsor. I was extremely happy when they became sponsors, as I try to only order from sponsors. I have never had any problems with my orders, and the last order arrived within three days of placing the order. That is excellent service by any definition!

  18. I bought from them once and it was all good. I'll definitely use them again in the future. I did see a few bad reviews, but that seems to be the exception, not the norm.

  19. The first time I ordered from them there was a one day shipping delay. They were upset about it and offered me a free bottle of anything. If that isn't great customer service, then I dont know what is. IBE is the only place I buy from. Great prices, products, and service.
