I've got a recipe for you guys-- been eating this for breakfast for the past week or two.
Chocolate Chip Cupcake PROatmeal
1/4 cup old fashion oats
1/4 cup coconut/almond milk (either one or the blend works well, too)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp of coconut butter (or sub a healthy fat)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1.5 teaspoons of brown sugar
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract (or to taste)
1) Combine above ingredients in a small pot on the stove, meat on medium-low heat until cooked. Approx 5 minutes
2) Place 1 scoop iForce vanilla cupcake protein powder in bowl, add oatmeal to bowl.
3) Mix, adding a few drops of water to get the desired consistency
4) Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips
Approx 270 cal, 8.5g fat, 23g protean, 39g carbs
