I do mine at:

5pm'ish
before meals. I dont like to take the product late pm because the increase in NO makes me thirsty all night and I wake up cranky. The pm dose on the directions was actually meant to be before PM meal, or early pm, but some people take it late pm and it works fine so its whatever.
