I am at the midpoint of an 8 week Epistane pulse.

4 weeks on @ 30 mg 3x/wk
2 weeks off
4 weeks on @ 30 mg 3x/wk

I just ran the first 4 weeks. I'm planning to take Diesel Test Hardcore every day now for the next 2 weeks, and I'd like to add an anti-E as well.

From looking at the ingredients profile, am I correct that the only anti-E in the product is DIM?

If so, I could def. add topical formestane without going overboard on the Est. reduction, yes?

I'm also doing topical 7-form for cortisol control.

yep that looks fine. Whats ur DTH dose, if your on cycle u can just go with 1 tab 3x day until your cycle is over then go to 2/2/1 on the DTH.
