First. I'm assuming i can take Ether at same time as R4W, and Ether same time as DTH. So if you could verify that it would be great.
Preworkout i take in a lot of carbs...typically 1.5-2cups oats and 20g BCAA's. I lift at 5pm and in bed by 9:30pm.
Currently i take in carbs 1:15hrs preworkout followed by R4W :45 preworkout.
I was thinking of pushing the carbs closer to the workout and doing R4W and Ether 1:00 preworkout and carbs/amino's at :30 preworkout.
Would this work, or do you have any other suggestions?
