Guys I need some input. Yes once again, I am searching for the right split for me. My body reacts pretty well to anything, but it is just my mind. I just want to find the workout that is best suited to what I want. I love compund movements. I do not want to overtrain! My goals are just to be a hybrid between a bodybuilder and athelete. Lean and strong with plenty of conditioning that's my goal. So once again I am thinking MWF split, with core and sprints in between. Just a little more refined than just upper body and lower body. I actually seen this split on Chucks website so you know it has gotta be good! M-Chest & Bis, W-Legs & Shoulders, F-Back & Tris. Is the theory here for plenty of recovery? Could I work my calves more? Cuz that is one body that I would love to have is huge calves. This split pretty much looks like how I would like to train, the big three movements Bench, Squat, and Deadlift.
