WOWWW is all i can say with ready4war. I took 2 pills and did a leg workout. I've never sweated so much in my life during a leg workout. Don't get me wrong, leg workouts are intense, but i sweated like i ran a marathon!!
Someone asked me to spot him during a bench press. During the middle of his set, one droplet of my sweat decided to jump onto his scalp. Never did this happen before, and I was in a position to say sorry, but super embarassed on the fact that I was sweating like a fat man.
