Alright just got my sunami and DTH 240ct..I'll be following the dosing instructions on Fefifo that is posted under the stack..but Lets say Ok i work the overnight shift..hopefully getting off soon..bu i woke up at 6pm today, my gym closes at 9..So i plan on taking some dth pre w/o so todays AM dose will be my pre w/o dose, then i'll take some post. I notice you dose them high with the 240 ct..so is there like a rule of thumb hours between dose? Also i'll be taking sunami and dth at the time..when it's introduced..thats all good right? thanks!

Id try for at least 3-4 hours between DTH doses.
