which will be the final version- lemonade or grape.........

I have grape and lemonade. I prefer the lemonade version.

I am wondering if i need to stock up on lemonade if its going to be discontinued and grape will be the official version of JP8.

No one has Lemonade so how u gonna stock up on it? Grape wont be the final version, there might be a different flavor later this year.

If you like lemonade version better (taste or results wise) and can still get it, why would you purchase grape? I personally use to take 2.5 scoops lemonade, and 1 and 3/4 scoops grape is way stronger to me, they are 2 different formulations. I used them based on results. I like lemonade version also, but grape hits harder in ratio to amount taken.

I bought both cause i wanted to.

and yes, tonight i took a scoop of each............friggin insane.........
 
never tried lemon, i have an extra grape if anyone wants to trade... but yeah, the grape flavor to me reminds me of how hard im gonna be hitting the weights. that stuff is motivation in a tub, sprinkled with a little rage.
 
grape is no joke, it kept me up even after i destroyed my legs for an hour last night and walked the dog. Kept me up about an hour longer than i like.

The lemonade doesnt seem to linger on as long...........

I am an early morning trainer. What would be the best way to take JP8? I wake up at 3:30 and eat my morning meal. I start my training at 5. From what I have seen posted, I need a good hour between taking it and starting my workout. Could I combine this with my meal or just reduce the serving size and drink 15 to 20 min prior to my workout?

I've done it both of those ways and had good results. With so much time between when you wake up and eat till you work out there seems to be no reason not to take it whenever you feel like it. I usually take jp8 about 20 min before my workout. I wouldn't decrease the dose unless you feel you need to. jp8 only takes about 20 maybe 30 min to kick in for me anyways.

drink with ur preworkout meal if u have 2. 15min pre- wont do anything.

i am not getting your comment on the dosage timing , chuck.

I take my JP8 and can feel it starting to work within minutes.

I typically try to time my workout an hour after my meal and 20 after JP8..

This timing for me has reaped the best benefits.....

ok so why are u asking when to take it? if it hits u in 15 min, just go with that then. Just try to take it away from protein or food as much as u can. Some people need more time for it to hit them, like me, I actually need 2 hours unless its 1st thing am on an empty stomach.

im not asking about dosage timing for me.

i am asking what was in bold. what do you mean 15 min prewo wont do anything?.. to who, superman?......
 
i have both the grape and lemonade flavor. the grape makes me so nauseas when taking it and lemonade i feel fine. i take both on a empty stomach. i also take 2 caps r4w an hour before.

yeah, the grape i have to take with consideration as well.

i can do 2 scoop lemonade w/ 2 r4w and its awesome, but 1 scoop grape with 2 r4w war i have to cut my workouts short. tried it a few times to just to see if it was something else but still got really nausas everytime.
 
Man Chuck, I don't know how you can take it that long before a workout, certainly nothing wrong with it though. Within like 15-20 minutes of taking it, I've gotta go do something or heads are gonna roll!! Taking it 2 hours before a workout would be sheer torture for me!! Every body is different though, just goes to show it.

i use to be that way back in like 2005, but it seems i absorb stuff slower now. I think its less activity and sitting at a desk all AM before working out because 1st thing am on an empty stomach everything hits me hard and fast, even a diet coke.
