Would dosing at 3 caps/day still cause good effects from it? I plan on ordering two bottles of this stuff, so I'd like to make it last as long as possible. Or should I just run it at the recommended 4 caps/day?

Also, can I run both bottles straight everyday for the duration of the two bottles, or should I take it only on lifting days? Is this something you also take on cardio days? Thanks.

Most people wont require 4 caps per day, thats the high end dose. Yes it is def something to take on cardio/training days, and imo you can run 2 bottles back to back with no issues. The 4 cap dose is so people can fine tune what they need . Some morinings I'll pop just 1 to get moving, and some training days I might take 2 preworkout, and 1 or 2 during the workout. So it gives you some flexibility on dosing.

I am a big Diesel user and I would also get a jar of NCP from Diesel and rotate that
with the Ready 4 War so your body doesn't get too use to one product. If this is
your first time using Ready 4 War start with 3 caps and if you get NCP start with 2
caps. Ready 4 War is the best preworkout capsules out there you will love training
on it. NCP is also an excellent product but it has different ingredients so it feels
a little different from Ready 4 war.

There is def something to be said for rotating products. I dont think enough people have tried NCP to understand that it is a def contender also. R4W has a following because it has been around for a bit, and earned its rep as a badass preworkout monster, NCP is fairly new to the scene.

May want to check it out while it's on sale, if anyone hasn't . Invalid Link Removed

Do I need to take this product on off days as well? For example, if I lift 3 days/week, can I just take it on workout days, or do I absolutely NEED to take it on non-lifting days in order to see the benefits of this product? Thanks.

No you def don't need to take it on off days. It's mostly used as a preworkout/energy supplement.

I use 3 caps only on the days I lift, works great. I tried 4 caps the first time I used it,way too much for me,totally tweaked out, lol!

I love R4W. Im 6'2 229 and taking 2 caps before a work out suits me just fine. I find that R4W helps me focus much more. I've also started taking it on days when i have a very high patient load and im having to keep a lot of mental notes of whats going on around me. It really helps me focus and keeps me a high energy level for hours upon hours without any crashing, but doesnt make me feel completely zonked out like caffeine does.

Thats another great use for things like r4w, as it works great preworkout it also can help get through a busy day/job etc. It def is more effective and efficient than a cup of coffee no doubt.

Its a pre-workout product. Its results have 100% to do with ur training session at hand, that day. Why would you think you need to take it everyday? Its not a creatine product.
