Its Level 1 to NOS ETHER. Its something you should compare to other "first level" creatine products like GreenMag and so on. I mean it gives you creatine, but give you nice pumps. It wont give you the endurance of NOS ETHER, but way more than most products with all the Beta-alanine and cit. malate in it. For its price, you cant get the ingredients in bulk cheaper.
