Been an avid reader for a while, but this is my first post.
Been doing DTH @ 2/day and Lipo-6 at 4/day to drop a few pounds. Libido completely gone? do I need to up the DTH or lower the Lipo?
Background; 43 (23 years training) 6 ft 2" at 221lbs, 14% BF by caliper.
Diet clean approx 40P/40C/20F weight dropping steady, and quite hard, only issue is the bits that are not hard?
