So I will be getting my DTH tomorrow and I am pretty excited. My situation is that I work third shift 10pm-6am I usually get home eat and am in bed by 7:30 usually wake up around 2:30 or 3:00. I will usually eat something small have my pre shake and then go to the gym. So when would be the best time to dose the DTH? Before I go to sleep, as soon as I wake up or after my workout? Needless to say I am hyped to give this a try from reading all the great reviews and feedback on here. Thanks
