I'm currently cutting...following the Anabolic Diet...60minutes cardio every morning...resistance training 4 - 5 days a week in the evening...sometimes an additional cardio session then also...
The only supps I'm using right now are DTHC at 4 caps/day and JP8 (old formula) at 1 - 1.5 scoops preworkout.
I was thinking of adding R4W as I need a good stim...whaddya all think? Anything else I should add?
