Ok, I have a new "product" in the works thats basically a NOS ETHER basic.

Similar results to NOS ETHER but not as "loaded" supplement facts wise. Still good for endurance/strength/power/Nitric Oxide.

What I want to know if you guys think I should name this DIESEL PUMP or NOS ETHER basic.

I was leaning to DIESEL PUMP but I dont want people thinking its just a "pump" product since it will have 3g of Cit. Malate and 1.8g of BA per serving. So the question is, do I go with NOS ETHER basic or DIESEL Pump?

If you play the word games, basic seems almost minimalistic, the least to get by, el cheapo. Essential appeals to the required portions to make it work. ;) Psychology for ya.

the word 'basic' sounds sort of bad in the world of supplements.

i wouldn't want to take something with the word basic in the name no matter how good it was. lol.

'essential' on the other hand makes me think i can't live without it.

Yeah I guess. There are alot of votes for "something else" but people have to realize "something else" means marketing an entire new product/name and people going, Whats the difference between bblablalba and NOS ETHER.

Well everything in NOS ETHER now is "Essential" its not like there is anything in there just for "fluff." This would be the least ingredient profile needed for me to make it part of the "ETHER" familiy for the el cheapo's who refuse to pay for NOS ETHER no matter how good it is.

Didnt someone say NOS ETHER Lite?

I'm not saying there is any fluff in there, or that all the stuff in there is not essential. It's simply my idea for a name ;). Subtle things like a misplaced word can make the difference in sales because of peoples mindset on the name alone.

Which product would you buy, knowing nothing about any of them, but you had to choose. Would you choose the one called NOS ETHER ESSENTIAL, NOS ETHER LITE, or even NOS ETHER BASIC? When you play the word games, lite makes it seem so minimalistic, and watered down (Lite beers for instance). Basic does the same, indicating it is bland and plain. Essential, in my opinion, implies that this is the absolute minimal ingredient profile you need to make it work. (Not to rag on you silent bob because lite was my first thought before posting until I saw yours! :thumbsup:)

NOS ETHER (for cheap people)

NOS ETHER (Level 1)

NOS ETHER 2010 (j/k)

NOS ETHER (not even as strong as NOS ETHER 1070g but better than most other ATP products)

NOS ETHER (Stage 1) (and change the current NOS ETHER to Stage 2)

Maybe I will change the current NOS ETHER to NOS ETHER (Comp G) or NOS ETHER Hardcore or NOS ETHER (damn im getting strong).

Im a powerlifter so I dont purchase products based on name.

I would purchase NOS ETHER (whatever) its going to be called because I dont want to spend $40 on NOS ETHER or maybe im not training at that "level" and want something more "entry level."

Its going to be a "NOS ETHER" maybe some other word that means essential.

I definitely think you should keep the NOS ETHER name and just have different stages of ETHER. ETHER lite does sound like something a chick would go for IMO so I would prefer "basic" or even more the idea brought up earlier of calling it "NOS ETHER Essential".

I would still go with "Primary" NOS ETHER, NOS "Primary" ETHER, or NOS ETHER "Primary."

sounds good but ETHER is the ATP part of GET DIESEL products (Like ETHER Tabs) and NOS is the Nitric Oxide part (like NOS ETHER and NOS Precursor) so tech. if this (basic) NOS ETHER doesnt have NOS in the title it might be seen as just a cretine product.

But I like Pure ETHER. So far its NOS ETHER Basic or Pure ETHER. Im not really concerned with NOS ETHER Basic beening seen as "weak" because most people know if it has NOS ETHER on it, it wont be a basic product, just basic compared to NOS ETHER (1070g).
 
What Im trying to do is eliminate all these "whats the difference between blablablabla" questions.

I understand your position, buddy! Pure NOS ETHER is no doubt awesome. I probably should have added some explanatory comments to my choice of "Core" as a qualifier. I used "Core" purely in the sense of "fundamentals", "essentials", "key foundations", "basic building block", "central elements". From that perspective, "Core" reflects the foundation upon which all other variants of NOS ETHER can be built.

However it ends up being called, it should follow in the Get Diesel tradition of "no frills" effectiveness.

correct, correct. Thats the main thing, if keeping it an "ETHER" product. Then its a "NOS" variation of ETHER so it will have "NOS ETHER" in the name, everything in NOS ETHER (whatever) its going to be called is in NOS ETHER 1070g so NOS ETHER (Core) would work, I just dont like that as much as NOS ETHER Basic.

Either way imma give u a bottle if I go with basic for coming up with Core.

The NOS ETHER Basic Training is funny. But sounds to "basic" for the formulation. The product is actually up there with other creatine/ATP products that cost way more, so I dont want people thinking "basic training" like bulk creatine mono.

And then of course the new one could just be Nos Ether


Another Idea is making the new one be Nos Ether: Mach 1 and the current one Nos Ether: Mach 2. Or to keep in line with JP4 and JP8, you could make it Nos Ether: Mach 4 and Nos Ether: Mach 8.

Another one, Nos Ether Raw, could go either way.

That's cool because it's like a play on words. (ESP also standing for Extra Sensory Perception). the current one, if you choose this route, could then be Nos Ether SPEED (Strength, Power, Endurance, Energy, Diesel)
