Am I confused? I thought you were supposed to have high glycemic faster insulin spiking type cards? Like at the end of a workout. Be it that I am tripping? =/

If anything you would want really high glycemic during your work out (gatoraid or any sports drink) to fuel your body. There are many different approaches.
Are you trying to bulk? Cut? What sort of diet do you use?
