Hello all
Im about to start a Heat/DCP + EC/Slin sane stack for my final cut.
The EC/Lean Xtreme stack went very well and im off to try this.
I was thinking about dosing slinsane only on carbup days which would be Friday nights-Saturday nights for me? But Im not sure how i should go about dosing Heat/DCP + EC
I've been off stimulants for about 4 weeks now
Heres a "rough" outline of my current nutrition
Monday/Wednesday:
Wake up at 830AM
Workout at 1245
BCAA: 10gram (15 minutes before)--1230
Finish Workout at 130
Protein: 30 grams at 140
First meal/breaking Intermittent Fasting: 230 or so
6 whole eggs/6 slices of bacon
mushrooms/cheese
chicken breast x 2
ground beef 80/20
multi vitamins/fish oil/ vitamin c
Second meal: 600 or so
4 whole eggs/6 slices of bacon
some green + red peppers
fried chicken thigh
broccoli and ranch
Sleep at 1230
Tuesday/Thursday:
Wake up at 830AM
First meal/breaking Intermittent Fasting: 200 or so
4 whole eggs/3 slices of bacon
mushrooms/cheese
chicken breast
ground beef 80/20
multi vitamins/fish oil/ vitamin c
Second meal: 600 or so
3 whole eggs/3 slices of bacon
some green + red peppers
fried chicken thigh
broccoli and ranch
Friday:
Wake up at 830AM
Lots of Water
Workout at 5
