Cissus-Drol Underfilled Capsules

Has anyone esle had this problem with their Cissus-Drol?

I purchased two bottles from one of their distributators. Within the first couple of days of taking them I noticed that the capsules were not all filled to the same level. I have about one out of every six caps filled about half full, one out of every four caps filled about two thirds full and the remainder close to full or completely full. I am a little disappointed in the quality of this product.

Buyer beware. You will have to double up when you get one only half full.
 
Hmm, weird, not like that with any of mine. Did you email them and tell them of your experience?

Also, did you actually open up the caps and see if there might have been some settling or compacting within the caps?

Was the bottle exposed to any moisture, or temperature extremes, hot or cold?

Do you have a scale? Try weighing the contents and see if the weights are the same.

Definitely a strange one, but shoot them an email, seems like the GL guys are pretty busy lately, but Im sure they will get back to you.
 
The bottles were shipped by UPS ground like always from one of their distributors. I have never had a problem with any other capped products being under filled. I have a small scale that I use to measure form and 6oxo with and I measured all of the caps I still have left and they range from 300mg to 700mg and there was no residue of powder in the bottom of the bottle. I'm going to email them direct with my findings.
 
Sorry for this inconvenience as this is not a normal issue for our products and our quality.

Thats the reason I continue to use a companys products, if they treat me like an a$$hole when something is wrong then im done with them.

Lots of competition and customer service is where you can really earn some pts!!!

I had exactly the same problem, my last 2 batches had empty and broken caps inside, with the contents spiled out. however, cissus drol is and shall remain my favourite product for pct...i like to call it sex-drol.
