| Registered User | New Years Cycle...would appreciate some help I've been planning for a cycle of TRN/Zol starting Jan 1st and going for about 5 weeks for a strict cut. But lately I've been thinking of throwing in some Pheramone-X as well. This kind of raises some new questions. If I were to use all three... A. How long should I run them for? B. How should I go about dosing the three? STATS: Age: 22 Exp: 8 years lifting, 2 pH cycle's before (ErgoMaxLMG/Prostan, Masterdrol) Ht: 6'0" Weight: 245 lbs. BF: 16-20% if I had to guess (I know, not that specific) Squat: 525 lbs. (actually 405 for 10 reps, but that's what I was told it equals) Deadlift: 490lbs. (another calculation, 405 for 7 reps) Bench: 430 lbs. (an actual one rep max) |

| Gold Member | i'd stick to the trn/zol stack and get that bf % down, maybe instead of adding pp, throw in some Mega H for lean harder gains as for duration, no more than 5 weeks, probably run it for 4 weeks, strict diet etc, look at getting some DCP (fatt loss supp) from nutra planet once it's ready for sale (next week i think) save a pp cycle once your bf% is down more just my 2 cents worth!! take care |

| Registered User | If you remove the pp and replace it with X-mass while keeping the Mega-H would that be too wet from a gains standpoint? |
