TRN/ZOL Stack, Opinions on my dosing/stack/goals/etc

History:
Lifting for around 3 years. Had a very bad summer (rarely lifted). When I returned to school I got back to my routine and thank god for muscle memory.

Stats:
5'11
200lbs
16% BF

Lifting:
Day 1-Back + 45min Cardio
Day 2-Shoulders + 45min Cardio
Day 3-Chest + 45min Cardio
Day 4-Off
Day 5-Arms + 45min Cardio
Day 6-Legs + 25 min cardio (Im lucky I can do that lol)
Day 7-Off

Goal:
Looking to recomp and lose fat at the same time. I have around 6 months til next summer. I will be running this in between EC Stacks. I chose to lose some fat first and hopefully little more muscle memory, then cycle and recomp, then lose the rest of the neccesary fat w/ EC Stack afterwards. Aiming for 10% by June 1st.

Previous Cycles (1):
6 Weeks total, intersected at week 3.
Xmass 80mg e.d. for 4 weeks
Megazol 50-100-150-200 over 4 weeks
Great mass + strength gains. Sides killed me though, extreme lethargy, no libido, and quite angry.

Why I chose TRN/ZOL:
I chose both for many reasons:
1) Not very liver toxic, im young and i will end up going out atleast every other week during the cycle (I know, its terrible for both lifting and liver, but Im in college, I know its a sad excuse)
2) Ability to remain around the same weight while losing body fat at the same time.
3) Very affordable (I love Generic Labz prices)
4) Lack of sides. Xmass shut me down HARD, megazol did great and I had little to no sides from it. Im hoping TRN, especially at 4mg wont cause too much libido loss or anger.

Planned Cycle Supplements:
1 Bottle of Mega-TRN
2 Bottles of MegaZol
1 Bottle of Tamoxifen Citrate
1 Bottle of Himalaya Liver Care (2 servings a day)
1 Bottle of Hawthorne Berries (2 servings a day)
1 Bottle of Saw Palmetto (2 servings a day)
1 Bottle of Fish Oil (3 servings a day)
1 Bottle of Multivitamins (2 servings a day)
1 10lb Bag Whey (3-4 shakes a day)

10 Week Cycle/Post Cycle Therapy (Per day dosings)
Week 1: 2mg TRN, 100mg MZ
Week 2: 4mg TRN, 150mg MZ
Week 3: 4mg TRN, 200mg MZ
Week 4: 4mg TRN, 250mg MZ
Week 5: 4mg TRN, 300mg MZ
Week 6: 6mg TRN, 300mg MZ
Week 7: 40mg Nolva
Week 8: 30mg Nolva
Week 9: 20mg Nolva
Week 10: 20mg Nolva

Questions:
1) Do you think 6 weeks will be ok or should I go down to a 4 week cycle? I handled my previous one well, and this one seems to have less shutdown, so Im hoping for the best.
2) Nolva (tamoxifen) should be enough for PCT, correct? I dont really need clomid (sides scare me), or RXT (seems pointless?
3) Im currently cutting and will be when I start (not doing this cycle until january, need to lose more fat). When I begin the cycle, do I raise my caloric intake from where Im at? or leave it the same (remember, im cutting and its low).
4) How much cardio should I do on cycle? I currently do it 5 days a week, do I drop it to around 3 on cycle?
5) Overall what do you guys think?

Everything looks to be in order. Obviously, diet will determine what results you see from this cycle, but, to answer your question, keep your kcals about 300-500 below maintenance. Also, if you are going to be drinking on-cycle, then take sesamin and LX to lessen the impact on the liver and lessen fat gain. Listen to your body while doing this cut, if you feel extremely lethargic, then maybe up the kcals a little and reduce cardio to 30 minute sessions.

Also, why are you doing chest the day after shoulders?

Thanks for the help. As for chest after shoulders, just kinda something Ive always done. You recommend maybe switching shoulders day w/ back day?

Also, on another note, last cycle caused me to get some EXTREME stretch marks. Is there anything besides the cream and vitamin e to use to both reduce them and prevent them during this cycle?

If you are cutting, then you should not get any stretch marks. As for shoulders, you could do them with any of the upper body muscles.

How harsh of sides can I expect to see during this?
I know my first four weeks should be just fine, but once I up to 300mg zol, and then especially 6mg of trn it makes me a bit worried.

I'm 6'1, 210lbs and ran Zol/Trn for three weeks.

100/4
150/4
200/4

Got sick so I stopped the cycle.

Absolutely no sides and no effects. In fact, getting more pumped and sides off of AX PCT than the actual cycle.

At 5'11, 200 you might want to start at 150/4, at least. Looking at your cycle, I don't think you'll even notice anything until the 4th week at the earliest.

If I try this cycle again (I might), I'll start at 200/4.
