History:
Lifting for around 3 years. Had a very bad summer (rarely lifted). When I returned to school I got back to my routine and thank god for muscle memory.
Stats:
5'11
200lbs
16% BF
Lifting:
Day 1-Back + 45min Cardio
Day 2-Shoulders + 45min Cardio
Day 3-Chest + 45min Cardio
Day 4-Off
Day 5-Arms + 45min Cardio
Day 6-Legs + 25 min cardio (Im lucky I can do that lol)
Day 7-Off
Goal:
Looking to recomp and lose fat at the same time. I have around 6 months til next summer. I will be running this in between EC Stacks. I chose to lose some fat first and hopefully little more muscle memory, then cycle and recomp, then lose the rest of the neccesary fat w/ EC Stack afterwards. Aiming for 10% by June 1st.
Previous Cycles (1):
6 Weeks total, intersected at week 3.
Xmass 80mg e.d. for 4 weeks
Megazol 50-100-150-200 over 4 weeks
Great mass + strength gains. Sides killed me though, extreme lethargy, no libido, and quite angry.
Why I chose TRN/ZOL:
I chose both for many reasons:
1) Not very liver toxic, im young and i will end up going out atleast every other week during the cycle (I know, its terrible for both lifting and liver, but Im in college, I know its a sad excuse)
2) Ability to remain around the same weight while losing body fat at the same time.
3) Very affordable (I love Generic Labz prices)
4) Lack of sides. Xmass shut me down HARD, megazol did great and I had little to no sides from it. Im hoping TRN, especially at 4mg wont cause too much libido loss or anger.

Questions:
1) Do you think 6 weeks will be ok or should I go down to a 4 week cycle? I handled my previous one well, and this one seems to have less shutdown, so Im hoping for the best.
2) Nolva (tamoxifen) should be enough for PCT, correct? I dont really need clomid (sides scare me), or RXT (seems pointless?
3) Im currently cutting and will be when I start (not doing this cycle until january, need to lose more fat). When I begin the cycle, do I raise my caloric intake from where Im at? or leave it the same (remember, im cutting and its low).
4) How much cardio should I do on cycle? I currently do it 5 days a week, do I drop it to around 3 on cycle?
5) Overall what do you guys think?
