Are these tabs easily broken up or split in half? 15mg once a day is kinda undesirable in my eyes due to the half-life, and with 30mg Im afraid the sides will really take effect. As far as this stuff goes, how would you compare shutdown and sides from pheramax as opposed to Hmax??? Insight would be appreciated, thanks!!!! Thinking if Id be better off with pheramax or Hmax....looking to bulk and maybe shed some fat

I'm pretty sure that they're capsules and not tabs.
