| Registered User | Contest Prep Cylce questions? I posted this question in CYCLE section also but I figured I'd put it hear since I'll be using mostly GL products. So here it is: Hey what's up, I'd like to get some help on planning a contest cycle. I'm 5'11" 215 and 13%bf and 27 right now. I'm planning on stepping on stage in a year, but I want to go up a weight class. I have two bulk cycles planned before I start contest prep because I would like to be up another 20 pounds and be at about the same bf% by contest prep. I'm looking for help planning my contest cycle a year in advance because financially I may not be able to get any ph's at that time. I won't go into specifics here, but this is what I have planned leading up to contest prep. 1. Sept 24-Jan 13 4wk Pheradrol/Megazol (Clean Bulk) 4wk post cycle therapy followed by 8wks off 2. Jan 14 - May 12 3-4wk Methyl-Drol XT or 4 wk H-50/Megazol (Clean Bulk) 4wk post cycle therapy followed by 8 weeks off 3. May 13 - Aug 25 (Start Contest Prep) estimated contest prep time: about 15 weeks wks 1-7 X-Factor wks 1-5 (or 7) Diesel Test wks 8 (or 10)-15 ph cycle 4. Aug 26 - Oct 6 post cycle therapy Post cycle therapy will consist of tor, restore or RR, LX, activate or alpha drive, fen, with Cycle Support ran throughout. For the show I'm planning on running something the final 6-8wks, but I'm not sure what combination of compounds will be the most effective. I've done prep cycles before but it's been over a year so it consisted of pre-ban ph's with the prostan stuff. The other post-ban ph's I've yet to cycle. I don't want to get shut down too hard since I got a wife to please. I know running 6-8 wks will cause some shut down, but I'm trying to avoid pimping limp noodle. Below I have what I thought would be potentially good contest prep cycle: Stack 1 I got this idea from another post)wk1 20mg Phera wk2 20mg phera wk3 20mg phera / 4mg trn wk4 20mg phera / 4mg trn / 150mg zol wk5 4mg mg trn / 150mg zol wk6 4mg mg trn / 150mg zol Stack 2: same as above but replace phera with mega-H at 50/50 or 75/75/75 Stack 3: wk1 20mg phera wk2 20mg phera wk3 20mg phera wk4 30mg phera / 150mg zol wk5 50mg mega-H / 150mg zol wk6 50mg mega-H / 200mg zol wk7 75mg mega-H / 200mg zol wk8 75mg mega-H / 250 mg zol Stack 4: wk1 50mg mega-H wk2 50mg mega-H wk3 50mg mega-H/ 150 mg zol wk4 75mg mega-H/ 150 mg zol wk5 75 mg mega-H/ 200 mg zol wk6 75 mg mega-H/ 250 mg zol Stack 5: wk1 20mg phera wk2 20mg phera wk3 20mg phera / 150 mg zol wk4 30mg phera / 200 mg zol wk5 250 mg zol wk6 300 mg zol Suggestions on these, or do you have something better in mind? | Registered User | Grexx, Thanks for taking the time to read my book I posted lol. Anyway, if I can reach my goals I'm guessing my weight will place me at the top of the light heavy or bottom heavy weight class come time to step on stage. Considering my height of 5'11", I need to hold on to my mass while getting peeled. Out of those stacks (1-5, or another suggestion) which do you think would be best for my last weeks of contest prep?
