TRN/ZOL diet question

Just a quick question regarding my diet for this upcoming stack. I'm using the TRN/ZOL as a recomp, and was wondering if I should consume maintenance cals, or maybe a slight deficit, say 200-500cals? Also, how much AM cardio do you guys think I should go with? I'm 6'1, 205, 30yo. Right now I'm doing about 5 times per week / 45 min, but I tend to put on bodyfat very easily. TIA

let us know how your recomp goes. i'm very similiar to you in stats..6'1 207...about 11-12% bodyfat. i was considering doing the same stack to help harden up and bring out my lower abs. keep us updates on amounts, length of cycle...maybe some before and after pics.
 
The stack went well...I actually finished it up today. Weight stayed the same, but I dropped a little over an inch off my waist and put an inch on my calves and arms. Little over an inch on my chest and thighs. Overall I was pretty pleased, although I got serious tension headaches on the TRN...I tried Hawthorne, Valerian Root, and some OTC blood pressure meds, but nothing helped much. Those were the only sides. Overall I liked it, definitely liked the ZOL, but I'd probably do a Halo/ZOL next time.
 
4 mg TRN for first two weeks, then 6 mg for last two weeks.
100mg ZOL for the first week, 150mg for the next two weeks, then 200mg the last week.

what did you choose as your PCT?

and did you get any bloodwork/lipid tests done?
