What are the average gains on a solo x-mass cycle? This will be my first cycle and curious what i should be expecting. I'm not going to be starting for quite sometime, but would like to know in advance. Thanks

I dont no the answer to tell you, but i would like to no this. I heard you gain about 10lbs, at the expense of some water retention and bloating. If your bulking who cares.

This is also what my first cycle is going to be, im going to start it, july 1st. I will be pre loading with hawthorn berry, and nows Liver detox and regenerator, then 4 week cycle, of 1 pill for the first 5 days, 2 pills last 2 days of first week, and 2 pills all the way through to the 3rd week, then 3 pills daily, as long as my body feels alright. My PCT is going to be nolva at 40/40/20/20, z-force( ZMA and trib) and maybe something else.

That all depends on your diet, training regimen and rest.

If all 3 are in check I think 10 lbs is not uncommon, maybe a little more if you work your tail off with heavy compound exercices.
 
For a first time cycle of any PH, how would you recommend I run it? To me the least i need to take the better. Less results and less sides are more important that more results and more sides... Do you think dosing at

40/40/80/80 would show any results? Or will i probally need to up the dosage to 120? I really do not want to run longer than 4 weeks. I'd prefer a 3 week cycle, but not sure if this product is capable of that or not.

Or do you think a 80/80/80 or 120 show results rather than running 4 weeks?
 
When did the gains start? Was the fourth week necessary? Or would the results yielded the same with 3 weeks?
 
I remember the gains coming later in the cycle to be honest. The weight and strength kind of snuck up on me after I thought the stuff wasn't that great.
 
look for feedback on ALRI's Max LMG product. It is the same compound and has been around for quite some time (altough people tended to use Ergo/PP/SD a lot more)

Basically, it sounds like some people get estrogen-related sides and pretty good wet gains. The sides are generally low with this one and I havent seen bloodwork but I would imagine its not too bad on your lipids/liver, relatively speaking.
 
When you say the sides are low with this one, are you saying that the sides with Mega TRN could possibly be worse?
 
I've been on TRN + Pher-X for abuot 2 weeks now and the only side to write abuot it lazieness, and a bit of bloat but i have been eating alot of sodium the last few days too so i dont really know how true the bloat it
