X-Mass and ATD

Any benefit to running ATD with X-Mass to maybe cut down on the shutdown of the X-Mass or perhaps cut down some water retention? Would this be beneficial in any way

Yeah i always run a low dose ATD when running something that can cause bloat like xmass,25-50 mgs should do it.

No you will still need to follow up with regular PCT afterwards the atd will not prevent total shutdown,but if you dont use atd in your pct normally ,then yeah you can stop it but make sure and ramp down to avoid to much estrogen rebound.

Yeah alright I think I'll run 50mgs. ED and ramp down to 25 mg. ED before my PCT which is Tamoxifen

from personal experience does it work well. It is an anti estrogen which means it wont work well on compounds tha don't aromatise right?

Yeah ATD is a very effective compound,yeah it would'nt be needed for those kinds of compounds ,but IMO it has it's place in PCT along with Nolva.

Yeah i was saying to use it for xmass since it can cause bloat,For increasing test levels in PCT,Fenugreek is a very good choice, and atd will cause test elevation also.

i think its just me but fenugreek seems like a weak herb similar tribulus (used it before did not do much) that is not strong enough. would anabolic xtreme's PCT be a better choice?

Can't go wrong with Nolvadex or Clomid and perhaps some ZMA post cycle

Clomid is good ,USP labs also has a strong test increasing product called Powerfull.Hcg is also good if you really find yourself shutdown.
