help with pc therapy

i was thinking of running an mega trn,mega zol,pheramone x and maybe some ephedra hcl any feedback would be greatly appeciated i am pretty new to the site been reading up on up G.L and the stuff looks really good looking to cut up any feedback on how long i should run the cycle and proper pc thearapy would be cool
