I would really reccommend x/mass -phermon x stack (I'd reccommend over 8 weeks, some would argue for 4 )
While mega-zol is an awsome compound It would be my last choice of the gl line in 90 percent of the bodybuild community. I really noticed its effects when i was at my leanest(low 170's sub 30 inch waist) i could see the actual striations in my hams quads on lef day, I am over 190 (nearing 200) now and while i'm sure it is having a phsiological effect it is not as apparent
