I am competing soon, and I have used oranstan, and ergomax, and phera plex. I want to use Mega Trn and Mega zol, for contest, what dosages would you suggest, and for how long, I am currently 15 weeks out, and using phera right now to keep my muscle up, as my coach wants me to run deca and test for 8 weeks, but I am worried about the bloat and prolactin/progesterone induced gyno, so any answers would be great...

OK, to answer the question of how I run the m-zol, and m-trn, I like to keep everything basic and simple. When I am about 4 weeks out of a show or photo shoot, I run 250 mg/day of m-zol with 6 mg m-trn per day up until the last day. I never like to make these things complicated, as more times than not, it leads to confusion and utter frustration.

For the question regarding show prep, first off, I don't know your exact body type and how you react to different variables such as how your body manages carbs, sodium, etc. I know that you are fine running what you are but I would advise that for the last 4 weeks, you use nothing but compounds such as m-zol and m-trn. Anything else that you are using will hinder your progress towards a lean, and ultra dry physique. Also, when it gets to the point of having a coach and then asking other people, this usually never ends well. He/She knows your body more than I do, so there is no way I can make an accurate assumption for you personally. Good luck with the show, and put some pics up afterwards so we can analyze you more closely.

Do you have any newer pics? You have a good, solid base and when you drop your bodyfat to competition levels, you will look great. I would suggest that with your type of body, you may want to take my advice and stay with the mega-zol and mega-trn type of products. Also, I would definitely drop your other compounds out by at least 4 weeks from the show, but I may suggest up to 6 weeks out. Let's see some updated shots....

Hello all,
New to the forum, this is a question for grexx. I recently purchased Phera-Max for a cycle I'll be running in October. I've been training for quite some time now and my diet is on point. This is also my first cycle, do you think I should include mega-zol in with phera-max or should I just stick with phera-max as my first cycle? Thank you!
