When to dose Epithin-E?

Currently im doing 30mg of Epithin-E.

I take one pill when i wake 9ish.
One around 12-2.
And the final one at 5-7ish.

Is this ok or should i spread them out more eg take one before bed. Didnt know if it would effect sleep or not.
