I've felt rough quite some time. My Dr ran tons of tests and after hearing my dad and sister have apnes, he thinks I have it too. I saw a sleep specialist and she said I have a narrow airway. My wife stayed up one night to listen to me breath and said my breathing grows shallower until it stops...then I take a deep breath and start over. Basically I never enter REM.
I'm scheduled a sleep study in mid August to make sure. Damn those mask look like they suck. How the hell am I supposed to sleep wearing scuba gear? lol. I'd do just about anything for a good sleep though.
I can imagine if I get to sleeping good my gains may take off as my rest and recovery will improve.
So anyone else here go through this?
