actually.. quality shouldn't be used to express how something is.. IE> he is a quality person. Quality should be used along with a positive or negative measurement IE. he is a person of great quality. so.. if that sorta helps. We get lazy when it comes to our words and we often forget that other words are needed to make sense of something else.
