I don't see anything wrong with them, the only thing that bugs me is when they don't list choices that ought to be really obvious,
like when none of the choices they list are even brands sold at NP or popular choices among AM board users. popularity polls can be helpful.

Hey, does anyone know what the best way to gain lean body mass and strength is without shitting my pants?


Best = subjective, individual specific, and depends on a multitude of factors.
