You know one kid abuses M1T and so it all gets banned kind of stuff. 1. Upon PM'ing you could have a skill testing question that is relative to the board rules "Is PM'ing for sources allowed on AM?" Yes / No radio button. 2. Post count minimum 250 3. Easy reporting of infractions or blocking of PM's, if poster is sending to you for the first time they must disclose the subject in which they are wanting to discuss. Not sure currently how else this could be accomplished but thinking as if you were wanting a source for something, what would deter you?
