| Registered User   | ACL and menicus surgery I will be having surgery on a torn ACL, some meniscus and tibia damage as well. Does anyone know how long it will take to get back to the gym? I know everyone is different but anyone that has experience, I would love to hear from them. Thanks |

| Registered User  | not sure for you, but tore my meniscus x2, with a cyst in the joint, well outcome was pain, surgery x2 and now when i lift I wear a robo brace......but i was back in the gym 2 days after surgery......doing upper body and than riding the bike on level 2 than kept upping it..........  Now i am back to my old self, kinda......but the brace is a lifesaver, till i am old enough for a full knee replacement............Good luck TC LIVE, LOVE LAUGH... Life is what it is............
